VelaPay POS Setting

The article walks through the steps to set up the VelaPay pinpad in the VelaPOS settings.

Main Screen> MENU>SETTINGS> HARDWARE> PINPAD

Go to MENU and press SETTINGS.

Go to HARDWARE and select PINPAD.

Leave unchecked the USE-LOCAL PINPAD box and under SHARED PIN SELECTION, check the box #1

Once that is checked, go to the shared pin selection tab that you selected and checkmark the box use – shared pinpad

For the settings make sure under PINPAD TYPE you select velapay

PORT TYPE: IP

IP ADDRESS: Enter the IP address of the pin pad

PORT NUMBER: leave this blank

PROTOCOL: HTTP

TIME OUT: None

DAILY REBOOT: Disabled
