This article provides the steps to recover access to Otter Order Manager when the login password has been forgotten.
If you forget your login information for Otter Order Manager:
Visit app.tryotter.com.
Click on the “Forgot Password?”.
Check your email for the password reset message. It may take up to 5 minutes, and you should also check the Spam folder.
Open the email and click “Reset password” to set a new password.
