Prevent Ticket #00

The Prevent Ticket #00 setting, when enabled, ensures the first ticket issued each day begins with 01 rather than 00.

MENU > SETTINGS > MAIN > SALES > TICKET > PREVENT TICKET #00

From the Main Screen, click MENU, then select SETTINGS.

Under MAIN, select SALES, and scroll down to the TICKET section.

The PREVENT TICKET #00 dropdown menu has the following options:

1. NO: The first ticket of the day may begin with 00.

2. YES: Enables the feature, ensuring the first ticket of the day begins with 01.

To keep the desired configuration, click SAVE and RESTART THE SYSTEM.
