Things that our Team cannot support
We always do our best to support our customers and help them succeed. However, there are certain situations where we may be unable to provide assistance due to various limitations. Below are some of the most common requests and questions that fall outside of our support scope.
1. Windows settings are not related to our POS system.
2. Any network questions not mentioned in our Customer Support Guideline, refer to Network Setup Guide Section.
3. Otter questions that are not Menu11 settings.
4. Any questions related to credit card terminals, including but not limited to force close, manually adding tips through the terminal, VAR sheets, and similar payment processor functions.
5. Any non-supported third-party hardware.
6. Any non-supported third-party software.
